Good for a group gathering & have reasonably maintained rooms. Surrounded with tea plantations. Considering the distance & journey to reach, there's nothing much to do. Except using the swimming pool. Food has the village touch. Tastes Sri Lankan.

Set amidst a tea garden and constructed in natural land formation, Diya Ulpatha gives an out of the box experience in accomodation setting,

Rooms are basic with aircon, bath room basic with only cold water. Beddings average, room is equip with a TV , balconies are narrow and difficult to sit.( if you pull a chair from the room)

Restaurant is set amidst huge rocks with an artificial waterfall cascading from one. Nice.

Food is average but value for money.

Pool is again average in size and kid friendly.looks like it gets crowded during weekends with spend the day crowd. Large ground enough to play cricked or office sport event.

Several casual seating areas around the pool to spend the crowds to enjoy ( with spirits)

    Service is good.

This is a good place for a group of people to spend a day and enjoy leisurely. The place is kid friendly too. Have a pool and a play ground where you can play cricket to a one side. If you want you can get rooms to refresh as well. Overall the place and the price is very reasonable.

Excellent place. Food bit towards spicy side.

Bit of a hassle to reach from main road due to poor road condition. Otherwise it's an excellent place.

Loved the stay in this resort. Went for a weekend getaway with work colleagues. Beautiful surroundings. Rooms were built on rocks surrouded by tea plants. Our rooms were overlooking the Tea Plantation. Ideal location for nature lovers. It has a beautiful pool. Rooms were comfortable. Friendly & helpful staff. Ample car parking is available. Only downside is thatIf weddings or parties were held, there could be a restriction on the usage of pool & loud music would be played during parties. Looking forward to go again.
