Cakes are ok, but horrible as a cafe. Their AC is perpetually broken and it's like an oven inside. Food selection has gone down as well. Looks like it's going to close down in a few months.

Divine kandy staff went out of their way to help us deliver a birthday cake for a surprise that we planned with very short notice.and the cake was delicious.

It was a worst experience. i ordered a cake from Divine for my baby's birthday. The delivery was too late. I ordered a Chocolate cake from them. But once we cut out the cake there was no chocolate inside. They have given me a ribbon cake. But they have already charged for a chocolate cake. The price is Also too much. Its not even worth for the price. And the design is also not in the expected level. Also I'm not satisfied with the weight of cake. There is not enough weight as they told. The service is very poor. Never suggest anyone to order cakes from Divine. Totally Very bad and low quality service . Becareful when you order design cakes from them. You will never get what you expect.

It used to be good but the quality of the cakes is terrible now. Bought a chocolate cake last on 9.4.19 the cake was gritty from the sugar. They even charged 100 rs for the bag & marked lime juice on the bill. Wrote to the company last year and complained about the quality of the 30 cupcakes ordered. There was no reply

You have to be careful when selecting designer cakes. I orderd a Birthday Cake for my baby. But the cake design was not to the expected level. Colors were not the chosen onece. Attention to detail was poor. Their other cakes are good. But you have to be careful when selecting designer cakes from them.

I recently bought a coffee cake for a birthday party. The cake was very tasty and moist, everybody loved it. I dont know if it was too expensive or not because I had nothing to compare it with. (Rs2500 for 1 1/2kg, I thought it was a reasonable price.) I placed the order 2 days prior, you have to pay an advance. The staff was friendly and helpfull. I specifically asked not to make the cake dry because I have seen some internet complaints about dry cakes, however in my case it was more than I have hoped for. I am very happy that I chose divine cakes and I will surely consider doing so again in my future cake requirements. Thank you divine cakes!
