It is a historical building & location. This is Batticaloa Fort and most tourist are visiting here because of historical place. If we go to upper place I'm the fort we can see the Kallady bridge and Batticaloa market and we can see the half of the Batticaloa important places. In here have GA office , land and register office, DMC office , Planning unit, Administrative unit. ect.
