DIMO experience has been awesome so far!!..mind you the sales people are not that knowledgeable on cars,they just know the brochure and basic specs well..

Price is bit expensive compared to other places but you can get a brand new car for the price,right off the assembly line if you wish to pay..

Canteen is ok..service is a must from dimo,they know their mercedes and they do it well..

Overall recommend the place for any mercedes benz product..

The biggest perk of this place is You can browse the vehicles and sit on them without any sales people looking on you..now thats how you make new customers!!

bought a mercedes from them..paid a hefty amount..they didnt even bother us with options to select from,ended up with an insanely basic model with a tiny engine that cant even keep up with a prius..on the day of delivery they never showed us the mileage but i fiddled with buttons and found out it was driven for 200km when we paid for a 0km car but it was too late,If i wanted a slightley used merc i would ve gone to kohuwala..the car was just handed over to us..while another family's car which was also delivered that day was covered in a silk mercedes cloth with beautiful lighting..why the discrimination??
Found out from the top gear srilanka magazine that the different engine options cost just 5-6laks more than base except the v types..good work dimo.

If you are looking for a merc this is not the place but unfortunately this is the only one to buy..they treat you well before ordering and paying after that you are useless to them..this is the last mercedes i buy from dimodo be warned when buying..If you are a MP,or a reputed someone they treat you well,otherwise good luck..

mercedes benz has a good website where they let you customize your car before buying these idiots will never show you it.. if you can go to the mercedes-benz site and customize and then go to dimo thats better but be warned they will tell all the negative sides of options..just ask them about a v8 engine option..

Highly recommend paying SML frontier in flower road,a visit to see the difference..

Best place to buy a Mercedes Benz in Sri Lanka. Great customer service. Great after selling service. A nice display of Mercedes Benz cars. Lovely architectural buildings. Big spaces for parking. Well organized.
