Bad customer negotiation and customer service. Please do not buy phones neither repair from Dialcom. They're service is Shit. Pass the message. They Don't know to talk to cusomers properly and sometimes these buggers won't agree with the customer. Don't know the simple logic of having a business which is 'Customer is always right'.

Best price ever. It's my third phone. Friendly service. They explain there warranty terms before we buy it. I never seen that before other place. It's our choice to chose the phone. They clearly tell me how to use it. To be honest your self.. Electronic device no one can grant it will not break. That's why all companies giving limited time duration for it. If it's not user fault you can claim warranty with out any issues. I had experience with them. I trust that place. I was asked them there are some complains you do not spoke to customers. There said if there any mistake happened they will give solution for it some are fake complains. It's easy to make fake complain but be honest your self and speak to find out the truth.

Great price but honestly one is the worst customer services I've ever seen.
A. They took almost 2 months to repair a phone.
B. Terrible customer service
C. Efficiency is so bad that a slotht can do a better job.

If you want to repair your phone go somewhere else but if you want to buy go ahead but be warned that the warranty is practically useless.

worst service I have ever seen, please be careful before when you go to the service. I have to replace display for my Sony Xperia XA2. The replaced display is not a genuine one and it is a very cheap product. the quality of the display is very poor. when I asked about it they told that "it is not their fault". even they don't issue an invoice for the service. Please don't go to this kind of places to repair your mobile phone.

Prices are very good. Dood quality accessories too available. But does not undertake repairs. I was referred to agents for a mobile even though the product is not under warranty. Got it repaired from an outside location at Nugegoda quickly and cheaply.

You can get good quality Samsung Mobile products here. They'll give software & hardware warranty for your buy.
Last 6 years I dealing with Dial com .. it's simply super.

But they don't have All Samsung new model Mobile. For an example last week I went to buy a A8+ 6Gb Ram with 128gb rom mble. They had 4gb & 64gb rom only.
Some items are Not available there.

I wish as a one of customer.. please offer or discounts for regular customers.

And keep sample phns for buy checking, bcoz we cannot buy without check the Mobile. All mobile will come with seal pack.. so if we need to check we have to buy before we check. It's not good customer service.

Offers good service, friendly staff, good variety of cellphone accessories and equipment. Offers repair service as well. They also got good collection of phone cases, majority are iPhone cases though. They offers good deals and discounts on their online store.

A good place to buy lot of Accessories items. They have range of products for events and many more related happenings. Mobiles and lot of related stuff available here.

This place is terrible I recommend anywhere else. The guy at the desk is rude and they take far too long while expecting you to sit down and wait. They also don't accept card, only accept notes that are new. Not satisfied at all!

Cannot trust this place.
Recently I bought a Mi A1. But they have given me Mi 5X (Chinese version) with android one ROM. And also they know how to repack with polythene cover(as in sealed box) to mislead the customers.

Good place to have your all mobile needs to be fulfilled. Very competitive prices and best deals foe some models.
Immidiate Prices they advertise is without warranty. Even with warranty prices are a few hundreds or some times thousands below the average market price tag.
They may charge Rs. 500 more for phones with dark colour cases than gold colour. Better to call and verify whether your model is available minutes ago prior visiting the shop to avoid dissapointments as some models are extremely fast selling as they even entertain bulk orders often.
Parking may be a problem in rush hours. Often nly possible on the end of the by road.

The product quality is very good but beware they will try to cheat you and overcharge you. Bought the OnePlus 5 and they tried to charge me rs2000 extra than the price mentioned in their website. After arguing for a while they gave it for the price mentioned but they didn't allow me to use the promotion that comes along with the purchase (skull candy headsets for 900) claiming that the promotion is valid only for purchases with hardware warranty.

Helpful staff. Easy location near Majestic City, have to pay for parking on the road and parking is little difficult. Sometimes it take longer time and have to wait in the queue to meet the repair staff.

These people sell phones that are flashed with seller roms which are supposed to be originally sold in china mainland. They do not function as expected due to network incompatibilities. Eg: Lenovo K3 Note(K50-t5). I was a victim. Please avoid this place for your own good.

DO NOT GO THERE. AND DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. One of the worst service center in srilanka. I gave a Samsung C5 32GB version for warranty claim. then they said that there was a software error. then they replace the software with old version and also the memory capacity show as 8GB. And that also last long for only 2 days. then I got that earlier error again. I don't think the workers are actually professional Technician. But if they, what kind of idiot don't know to replace the software with correct version? I wasted more than 3 days.

The staff are extremely rude! And almost threatening! In couple of times I've been there, they make their customers wait for a long time till they finish whatever their doing and and bluntly refuse to assist with anything you have come there for. On top of it all, there repair prices are ridiculous! In a day and age where there are plenty of options to chose from. I definitely don't recommend it to anyone.

Quite a collection of mobile phones, tabs and accessories. Easy access by bus or vehicle. limited parking space is available. Service is mediocre especially if there's a warranty claim. Customers would be more satisfied if the dealers can improve their quality of service. Prizes are competitive and not in the over priced bracket.

I definitely recommend dialcom if you are looking to buy something at a low price!! The quality of the goods I have bought from them have always been pretty good, I have never had anything break on me so far .. I have bought tabs smart phones and tabs a whole lot of other stuff, everything still works far beyond their warranty period, so what more could you really ask for?

Highly recommended online shop for buy any stuffs quickly within the budget!

Prices of mobile phones are very reasonable, service is also good. Almost all kinds of phones can be found and also the online website helps a lot. Only problem is that they do not allow us to check the phone in hand before purchasing. Other than that, great place.
