  Devi Tourist Home was really nice, one of my favourite stays in Sri Lanka! the hosts are so warm and welcoming and had helpful answers to all my questions about what to do during my time in Polunnaruwa. Excellent WiFi including in the rooms. Good quality rental bike for exploring the ruins. Generous portions at breakfast and dinner. Spotlessly clean and really nicely maintained rooms, which has been rare in Sri Lankan guesthouses I’ve stayed in. They organised an elephant safari for me which was good but the jeep was in pretty poor condition for the price.

  Best rice and curry we had in Sri Lanka. English speaking enthusiastic owner and family help you to plan your day. Well maintained geared bikes. Clean rooms and very backpacking friendly. Away from the main road to catch a good sleep.

  Friendly owner , will try to make your life easier. Restaurant serving tasty food. Rooms are nice. You can relax on an outside chair/terrasse. Rent bike is 300rps/day, 10mn to archaeological sites by bike.

  Very nice and clean aircon rooms. Very nice and helpfull staff. Very tasty meals, so far the best guest house during my sri ranka trip.
