Great value for money but odd staff member is not very enthusiastic to help customers make choice, almost as if they don't care whether you buy or not

Conveniently located in the Galle Road itself. I was looking for a simple pair of white walking shoes and got one. Also a simple pair of quality rubber flip flops. I got what I was looking for, and was satisfied.

Went expecting it to have options I hadn't seen in the normal DSI outlets.. Unfortunately, was disappointed to see that it was pretty much the same stuff. There were a couple of variations, but nothing that stood out.

Excellent variety of footwear. Very helpful staff. It's a premium store so you should understand that the pricing is moderate. But overall it's affordable too.

Expensive and high quality shoes compared to the rest of the DSI stores. Has the branded sport shoes as well including their own brand AVI. The only problem is the parking. I'd recommend to visit on Sundays or in holidays where plenty of parking slots available along sides of Galle road

Quality branded footware. But too pricy for me. Not much crowded. Parking at road side.

This is another good place to buy branded shorts shoes for a reasonable price. But staff there is not that helpful, you have to forcefully seek for help from them. Sometimes there are offers for credit cards as well as cash payments.

Moderate showroom & collection. Staff was friendly. Bought AVI athletic shoes (spikes) for my daughter. Not too expensive, very hardy, so its a good deal (The previous pair lasted 2 years). Very small car park.

DSI Premier, which is a moderately large showroom for footwear compared to other DSI showrooms around the country. The collection of shoes is okay, but not excellent.

I went there in the morning on a weekend, the staff showed lethargic attitude and was not looking friendly. DSI management should conduct some training programs towards customer care for their showroom staff who should learn to treat each customer with respect and take into account all their needs.

I inquired about the discounts for certain items and their responses were kind of rude or sort of don't care type.

I wish that they should have the largest collection of footwear in a premier location like this also better showroom staff.

The place is nice and clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. They have puma shoes, waves slippers and other DSI footwear. You can expect to see some items that you cannot find in normal DSI stores.

Mostly high-end branded footwear. And by footwear I mean sports shoes mostly. You can find anything from Fila to Nike and everything in between.

One of the main discount stores of DSI. The staff is not that friendly and efficient. Need to learn customer care lot.
