Poor customer service. The people in this bank does't know about flash account and unfortunately I had to make it from another branch. Truely dissapointed about the service here.

Very poor service, i thought commercial bank gave the best service, when i went to withdraw money from their atm due to some system error cash got stuck after checking with the officer in duty they said it was due to some system error and the following day the cash will be re deposited into the account. Waited the whole next day and not even a single call nor message from them, after calling the branch then they tell us we have to wait till Wednesday, three days after the incident and the telephone operator never admitted that it was the banks fault, his only response was, what can we do its not our fault it happens automatically from the system. Very poor service commercial bank !

Your commercial bank staff doesn't know about flash. after wasting my 3 hours at combank katubadda minicom branch staff said: "we can't make this. go to another branch". so how can I make your "simple" flash account?

This Com Bank service point is the most convenient bank in Moratuwa Area.
They are open 9.30am-7pm 365 days.
ATM accepts VISA and AMEX too.
After they established cash deposit machine I don't step inside a lot. As I've seen, the help desk officers look very loyal to the bank.
In present days the work process in every bank is the same. But the real-time transactions and proactive staff make it a differencee for me.response / report this review -

The hours of operation of this branch is very convenient. Opens right on time.
Staff is always helpful. For things like bank statements, they actually make an effort by calling to verify that such statements address the intended parties correctly.
All other services available are convenient.
There's sufficient parking. However at times you may end up having to park on the road due to all parking spots being occupied.response / report this review -
