  Wrost experience with the staff they cannot handle customer issues in effectively. Even the branch manager failed to give a reasonable option for my issue. They are like you are not allowed to bring issues here. Poor service.

  Pro:
  - Day-today services are satisfactory.
  - CDM is adding more values.
  
  Cons:
  - Knowledge of front office staff in specialized services is very low. We have waited 7 days for taking some services. (Document requirement to open a current account for company, Document requirement for fund transfers to overseed account for SAS suppliers)

  Good bank in Kurunegala, you can deposit money 24 hours via the ATM. Not crowded. But parking will be problem if you go in the morning time.
