Wrost experience with the staff they cannot handle customer issues in effectively. Even the branch manager failed to give a reasonable option for my issue. They are like you are not allowed to bring issues here. Poor service.

Pro:
- Day-today services are satisfactory.
- CDM is adding more values.
Cons:
- Knowledge of front office staff in specialized services is very low. We have waited 7 days for taking some services. (Document requirement to open a current account for company, Document requirement for fund transfers to overseed account for SAS suppliers)response / report this review -

Good bank in Kurunegala, you can deposit money 24 hours via the ATM. Not crowded. But parking will be problem if you go in the morning time.
