One of the efficient banks.

Staff lacks basic knowledge of their own procedures for making a payment for an airline ticket.This required the customer to do the needful by making telephone calls on behalf of the staff.

Customer service is very bad, I went to get some information about a personal loan from commercial bank Moratuwa and one officer ask do you get more than hundred thousand salary very loudly & i said yes, but that officer did not know any thing regarding loan and passed another one. seemed like senior to him, he also did not know any valuable information on that. it shows nothing than the poor of customer service. but i obtain the my loan from KZone (Mini branch attached to Commercial bank Thimbirigasyaya). and it has very friendly and knowledgeable employees & they know how to respect others.
