One of the best banks in Sri Lanka. The customer service is very good and very impressive. But the problem is with the car park. Most of the times, three wheelers are there blocking the car park and customers does not have space to park their cars so they should go somewhere else, park the car and again has to come back.

No parking for the customers. Front parking area use by three-wheelers. Bank says, they couldn't do anything about it.

No vehicle parking for bank customers is the most concern. Location wise its more useful with near access for hospital comers.

Poor customer service. No one to answer the phone while the bank is open on Saturdays. Just wanted to know the Branch code. But calling themselves as the best bank in Sri Lanka
