The heart of Sri Lanka and with the nice architecture
Beautiful place. Best for night time photography
The Colombo Municipal Council is the municipal governing body of Colombo, the largest city and financial center in Sri Lanka I think.
Services are almost fine we can say. Lot and lots of offices available here.
They provide Good service to the country.
This British colonial building I suppose must have been part of the royal resthouse or something. No matter which part of British India you go, you will find this structure. Starting from Victoria Memorial in Kolkata to Tajhat Jamindar House in Rangpur, to the Supreme Court of Bangladesh to many others. The visual similarities are unmatched. There is a park right opposite to it which exhibits healthy and happy citizen life. It is also a major bus station in the surrounding. You can pretty much get buses to almost all direction from in here. Will love to have another walk around it in the evening.
Nice design off building
Looks very cool at night.

A beautiful that is well maintained , but the staff are hopeless
One of the oldest buildings in Srilanka.
What a lunch break. Never ending lunch and chatting. We came at 1.05pm and the revenue department is at lunch until 1.30pm. Now it is 2.00pm and their lunch has not finished as yet. The usual lethargic staff. Sad to see this.
Providing good service in colombo area. control by government. Not so efficient staff in here
Very dificult to deal with the staff not freindly😡
Nice place to visit. But for a work, it's impossible. People will laugh when I say the service is good Hehee
Town hall. The mayor's office and other division for the city are located here. You can enter and see the people work.
Don't even bother unless you're willing to bribe someone.
