Yes.
The food has great price to value. Many lokals dine here. The real reason to come here is the wait-staff; Especially Suranga goes far beyond the ordinary to make you feel at home.
Take a seat, watch some decently placed tv, order a lion lager and enjoy yourself.

(Like all places east of the road the traffic noise is an issue, but you won't notice if after 3 drinks :-)
