Very helpful and attention to detail in examining the eye. However I am not pleased with technician Sudarma on her inspection. Ample time was not provided for my son to read the lettering she is very impatient. Further her room lettering board is very old and therefore not in a suitable position for testing. My son was not able to read her board but later when we consulted Dr. Dhanuka my son was able to read the letterings in his board. Very pleased with Dr. Danika weerasinghe.

Very kind and truly professional eye specialists! No words to express how caring they are. But it seems like there is no one to manage the operation of the place as the 3rd class girls who work in the front office are showing attitude towards the customers.

very careless in handling customers and no courtesy whatsoever. we are not getting service here for free we pay for the service we require. so much attitude when they do a mistake. receptionist is meant to be the first impression of a organization. but that one receptionist can ruin the entire image of that organization by showing their foolish attitude towards a customer. Not a recommendable place to any one.

A little crowded but you can get the things done in about an hour also..
Quite a professional workforce.
Parking is for only about 6-7 cars.
Play area for kids under 6 I think(see pics)

Prices of lenses are very expensive, recently bought lenses from them, when compared with Colombo prices, I have over paid Rs 4000 to Child Eye, compare prices with other service providers before you buy anything, service unsatisfactory.

service of the staff here is terrible and there are various and confused rules by the staff women when seeing the doctor which were not mentioned when paying. staff women say various confused things and delay the numbers without proper reason.no proper customer service at all.

Service is average. Parking is not that easy. They don't allow making appointments over the phone. Good doctors are available. Also have a lot of toys for children to make them happy during the waiting time.
