Wasting customers time when we go to pay the bills. There is no experience cashiers

It's a great convince and a privilege to have a food city around home. Sometimes I experience poor customer care service as there is 1 cashier and the queue is long. The security does not handle bags and issue tokens.

Normal Sri Lankan supermarket. Parking is available for around 5 vehicles. Difficult to take out the vehicle. Staff is not enough for weekend. Sales girls and cashier are same.
