  The best public hospital I have visited in Sri Lanka. My father went for a surgery and had a successful one there. Staff and doctors are really kind and helpful. Hospital is really cleaned and property organized just like private hospitals. For each clinic they are maintaining different colours of files to identify the types of patients. There are many things like this in this hospitals.

  This place is not the great. Staff are not that friendly. But they are not super rude either. They are always busy. Always.
  Staff organizing skill are just awful. They lost files time to time. They mislead patients. They say one thing do another thing. It's just awful.
  
  If you're new this hospital, then it's going to be really hard to figure out where to go and what to do and when to do it. They have taken simplest things and somehow make it a lot harder.
  
  I just don't understand why gov hospital don't use proper computerized system. It'll make things a lot easier and it'll save staff and patients times.
