I was there to buy a camera. First of all I have to mention that they have moved from the location. They don't even worried to add new location to the map. Still wrong place is showing on the map. That's the first thing I got stuck. Then I found the number from their website and Rang it. After 6 attempts someone answered. Then I explained that I want to buy a camera and asked where should I come. He briefly explained the place and cut off. Fortunately I was able to found the new place at 10 o'clock but unfortunately it was closed too. Then I tried to call him back but he was not answered.
I still wanted to buy a camera from them because they were offering big discount on Nikon D 3400 camera on their website. So I decided to wait until his arrival.
Time passed and one of his friend came. Then he made a call and the guy answered and handed it to me. I asked about D 3400 and he gave me a different price then I explained him that there was a different price showing on the website. He said it was long time ago and now days it's not available so I have to pay more if I want. I wanted to discuss the matter and asked that will he come or not. He carelessly said that he will come around 1 hour or maybe later. then cut off the line .

If they act like this their marketing procedure then I have to think twice about their after Sales Service. This is not a hate review. Writing this what I want is to get more attention on the customers. Otherwise they are not going to be stable on the field.

You can realise that I am not telling lies.

I have given a job to these guys on 1-Jan-2016 and up to today same thing they are saying it's not done / Part ordered yet to come / Fault identified in previous part / etc. Useless place to visit and handover anything for repair. Cannot guarantee about anything. Cmerahub should be closed their operations if they couldn't do this properly.
