A good place for your shopping needs mostly for dresses. Other items are also available but majority comes for cloths. Separate parking is not available even though previously SLTB premises parking was available. Staff is sometimes not that much knowledge on your requirement, but you can search yourself easily.

Went to buy material. Had a large selection on the 3rd floor. Quick easy transaction. Wish the sales person was more friendly and smiled a bit. Felt like he was depressed and I was disturbing his daily chores while selecting the material. Everything else was good.

Car park is very minimal. Clothes are not that of good quality. Sizes have lot of variations. So not difficult to find something that fits. The store is spacious, air conditioned. Staff is not so different from other fashion outlets, OUTRIGHT HORRIBLE they are. If you intend to buy a lot of clothes for a minimal price and doesnt give a damn about quality, then this is the place to be.

Good collection of clothes and gift items. But somewhat lack in larger sizes. Friendly staff and an excellent service. Parking facilities available for customers. Recommended to try. Bit crowded in weekends.

Last Tuesday I wanted to buy a shirt and went to "CIB Shopping Centre" in Nugegoda. Hence they are not the market leaders, I had doubts over their product collection and customer service. But surprisingly product selection was good and customer service was excellent.

Due to time constraints I didn't fit-on the shirt and once reached the home noticed that it's bit tight for me. So today morning I visited the CIB Shopping Centre again and asked for exchange. Without any hesitation they exchanged the shirt and patiently allow me to try out more than 5 shirts.

As a norm, Srilankan public don't select clothing chains like CIB Shopping Centre due to their customer service. But what I learnt was things are changed/changing. Go and try by yourself. For me, I'm extremely happy with CIB Shopping Centre.

Good quality items. Price is cheap. Good service. Friendly staff. All the ranges. There is a special area for Buddhist cultural things like "atapirikara" robes, flags etc. Good place for locals and foreigners.

A good place with a wide range of products and prices are also really affordable. They have separate large car parking which shared national transport Board. Prices, range and parking facilities are satisfied. But not happy about their service. They offers loyalty card programme. But that card doesn't activate even after one month. And they are not helpful to activate it asap. Their parcel counter service is also horrible. They don't know how to speak even.

Most of the time we go to CIB shopping center to buy Shorts and t shirts to our son who is 2 + years ( to wear at home) They are reasonable and with good quality ( cotton fabric)
They have good collection of sizes and designs too.
Recommend this great place to buy all the baby, toddler and kids ware with good quality and reasonable price
