  The place is nicely located on the Malabe Road. The building construction is state of the art in terms of view and utilities.
  
  The gym is on 3rd floor and completely equipped with full scale work out from cardio to muscles. The trainers are professional and friendly.
  
  The fitness studio is equipped with a nice swimming pool (4ft depth) and jacuzzi and other water relaxing therapy provisions.
  
  They have tie up with a hospital and diagnostics lab to offer you good preventive care.
  
  The studio offer membership to individual, couple & family of four etc

  Newly opened. Very passionate staff and friendly environment. Membership is bit high for the high standard service and facilities available there. Highly recommend this place.

  The Gym looks nice and with really good equipments. But its not yet complete upto standard therefore having a yearly subscription of that much is too expensive for a under developed GYM

  Well they have good equipments. But poor customer service. If you only take Personal training they will assist you. If not they don't even care about you. There service is not good as they advertised. There pool is not that clean and its been more than 5 months now still the Jacuzzi is not working and i have paid for that too. Worst customer experience ever.

  They have badminton cours but not very good quality.better if they have wooden courts
