The whole Blue Mountain business is a fraud. The owner Dr. Hiran Hettiarachchi is the next 'Sakwithi' in Sri Lanka. These people sell either mortgaged lands or lands for which they don't have the title. This is a very organized crime which involves several top class thieves in Sri Lanka. They get the money from innocent people and then simply ignore them without giving the deeds. After going behind of several year, they offer to resell the land and give dated cheques which for certain returns or bounce back. This is the practiced criminal process of Blue Mountain.
Dr. Hiran Hettiarachchi and Dr. Perosh Hettiarachchi are the ones who are behind this fraud. Perosh already has several criminal records for being a classy robber and he is jailed several times for robbery cases. Blue Mountain company is an utter financial crisis. They already sold their asset in Borella Junction to ELCARDO and in line of selling all existing assets.
So PLEASE PLEASE don't give money to these robber. Never buy lands from Blue Mountain. They simply waste your life and money. If there is somebody who is expecting to get money or land, it won't happen. Don't wait. Complain to consumer affairs authority and Frauds Bureau and send these criminals to jail. When this company is bankrupt then the government will take over liquidate the assets of Hiran and compensate the victims. Don't wait!!!!! Those whoever wants to take their money back, please go and put a complain in FIB in No 182, Elvitigala Mawatha, Colombo 08. We were able to get the money back after one year. There is a case going on at MC and it called last 9th as well. Those who said good about this company come and have a look on coming 23rd how so called Dr.s are at the MC, Colombo. Yes they do release lands for very few but all innocent people suffer as company has NO Money to settle land mortgage.

The worst ever customer services and this is a total fraud. DO NOT EVER BELIEVE this company and highly unprofessional staff will never care about the money and time. They will never give the deed even after made the full payment coz they have mortgage the land and never revealed to the customer the reason for the delay. They provide all fraud documents and mislead until the last moment. No one responds on any inquiry.
We are in a process of going through a legal action and better to get together and compelled relevant authorities to ban this fraud company who cheat people and stealing money.response / report this review -

The worst land sale company i ever saw.
Baught 2 partitions of land from one of your project I have settled all my payments and leagel documents chargers also.. it have taken more than 1and half year.. still they could'nt give my deed.. when i visit this office this office people promized me to give my deed before end of augast 2017.calling to hotline says always sir i"ll call you back again within 30minits. Still any one didn't call me back.. althougt they said they are the best land sale company in sri lanka, they are cheating the customers. Once we bougt a land and settled our payments all their customer care will wanished. I am Never going to recomond for any one to buy a land from this company.response / report this review -

I am now experiencing extreamly unprofessional service from this company. The comments made by branch manager is 100% correct. I am also facing such a situation.
They are having extreamly poor fund management and they are playing with our money as they desire. They are lying from top to bottom.
It seems that good comments made below are some of people are from the same company.

Don't deserve even a star. Cannot reply on their property, or their service. Highly dissapointing. Not trust worthy at all. Forges the documents of property. sells lands without approvals. On top of all, don't behave at all professional with the customer. very very very dissapointing!

Pathetic customer service. Not bothered about the time and money invested by the clients.
They should re-define their professionalism.
"Good place to work"-may be coz they hardly work than just talk. There won't be unnecessary delays if they work at all!
"Good service" - Until the money is taken

Not deserving even one starIm a Branch Manager of a private bank and I have made an inquiry regarding a matter on behalf of a client of mine. The matter was handled very unprofessionally and my client has been issued a termination letter after paying a large sum, with regard to a land block in Attanagalla project. They don't like to give documentation to proceed with a bank loan. Further they are requesting 01-02 weeks time to execute the transfer deeds after settlement of the full payment. PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS WHEN DEALING WITH COMPANIES LIKE THIS.
