Once I visited here and they labeled as a Software Company although there is no any professional environment as a software company and office just like computer shop. Don't wast your time and try to find good place where can get more exposure and good experience as well as learn new technologies and they are just doing some java projects and IBM related stuff rather than just doing job and get paid.
