Surfboard rental, great food, super kids friendly staff. Directly located at a beautiful surf spot. Love this place!

i had the pleasure of renting a surfboard from these guys every day for over a week. everyone who works there always has a smile and are willing to help! i notice how they make everyone who walks up to the place feel welcome and comfortable, such a great crewalso the food is yummy! such a sweet and authentic sri lankan experience.

Beautiful setting on a paradise beach, nice food. Mullet was very good. Pine apple juice was brilliant. Overall recommended. Service lacks refinement and was quite slow. English is not spoken by all the staff.

Restaurant has a great potential due to excellet location and beautiful beach view. However, service was super slow. Waiters just stand around and ignore calling and waving to them. We ordered two mojitos and waited for them for almost 40 minutes only to receive a rum water with two poor mint leaves. We gave it back and a manager seemed very offended and told us this is the first time someone did it and we have to pay for it (800 rupees) and kept asking how the mojito is supposed to be prepared. Very unfriendly and sad. Also bathroom for customers is in a very bad condition, dirty and with no light inside so you cannot lock yourself without being in complete darkness.
Despite all this, the veggie curry we ordered was very good and we loved the clean beach and cosy atmosphere.response / report this review -

What an amazing place. Beautiful Bay with clear water good for surfing and relaxing. Perfect for Goofy surfers. Make sure to watch out for turtles while you're in the water. The owner of the restaurant is a very nice, and hospitable person and the food is good. Don't miss this spot!
