Best place to bath clear cold water from namunukula mountain range❤ one side of pool is very deep ,then not very safe make sure to ask about villegers before bathing . Very nice and cool environment . There some shops near the pool you can buy tubes .

Nice place to have a bath closer to Badulla town. But there is a bit of a drive to the location.

Blackpool is located in a small town known as "Spring Velley" at Badulla. Once you arrived to Spring Velley town from Badulla, there is a road to left side, which is also road to Rupawahini repeater towers. Take that road about one kilometer and you will find a concrete road to left side. Keep the Kovil as a landmark, so it won't be difficult to find the exact location from Spring Velley town. The place is calm and quite and the water is not polluted and very cool. There is a little shop between the road, but make sure to bring all necessary stuffs. Please do not ruin this beautiful place by throwing garbages here and there as it already polluted by some uneducated local people.
