I have a 50/50 feeling about the KCC Branch going full digital. On one hand yes it is a cutting edge decision and one I am very open to and is enthusiastic about but there simply isn't enough machines to facilitate a smooth operation. It feels almost a half attempt on the banks behalf. A few suggestions I'd like to make would be increase the number of cdm and atm machines and actually leave spaces in between them for privacy and include a manned teller or two for other operations like bank book checking and cheque clearance and such. I think it's a good step forward but a half attempt.

Very bad experience. Annoying staff service and Customer service. poor customer handleling. they really hard to the customers. Very important bank at the area. they should improve the customer services asap.
