  very poor service ever i had, not even answering the the phn to clarify anything small informations atleast, CDM geting hardware fault mostly..... useless bank in the history

  Personal banking section is so crowded. For cash deposits and withdrawals avg queue was there, less than 10 min wait.

  One of the wost branch to open up an account. They never reply to their official emails sent by customers. These people do not even respond to requests done by other branches. Customer care is very pathetic. Irresponsible and work like preschoolers. Expect a frustrating experience if you choose this branch to deal with.

  Best banking experience in Anuradhapura town, despite the fact that it is a government owned bank.
  Situated in the heart of Anuradhapura city makes it easily accessible. Really helpful and supportive staff.
