Bad service. Today I call them several times they didn’t answer my call. After several minutes one lady answered my call. So I told my online banking issues, but she was not given a proper answer she was cut my call.
So I was really disappointed they are servicing.

This is the worst bank I’ve ever been. They made me waste my time. Three hours just to withdraw money. Seriously guys!!! The bank officers don’t care about their customers, they never answer phone calls. My review no need to waste ur time visiting this branch

A Government controlled Super grade Bank with all required bank relate functions are handled by well equipped staff who are very friendly with customers who are visiting to the bank. Vast space is available inside at outside the bank for customers to park their vehicles and to wait till their token number is displayed in the display hang over each counters available at this bank.ATM Machines are installed in the bank for cash withdrawals and deposits easing the customer requirements.The manager at this bank is very kind to the people and ready to help in any difficult problems.The banking working hours for public are on weekdays 08.00 to 15.00 and on Saturdays 08.00 to 13.00.

This is a much bigger branch of BOC. Lot of officers were available here for services. Good space available inside for people to wait. Services are quick too. Staff is helpful too. Range of services available here such as deposits, withdrawals, loans etc. ATM machines and a new cash deposit machine available now and that is a big help to the people.
Some space available here for parking. Wheelchair accessible entrance available too. No wheelchair accessible parking available though.

Well organized branch. Friendly staff. Good customer service. 4 ATM machines and one cash deposits machine available. So easy to withdraw money and easy to deposit.
Inside the bank, there is a token machine and you have to get a token and sit & wait until they call your token number. So no need to standing in the que.
Highly recommended place.

The parking space is super covenant but not properly managed. I parked in the 2nd out of the 3 parking slots for cars marked in yellow and the security guard comes a few minutes later and requests to move back 5 feet out of the marked parking slot. The premises consists of 1 cash deposit machine, 3 Automated Teller Machines and a cheque deposit facility for current accounts. BOC travels is also located in the same building.

Came to N RFC department this morning withdraw some gbp. Staff said i have to had a return ticket to get a foreign note. That the central bank rule . Came back to colombo 1 branch . They gave me gbp note without any problem. useless staff dosent know the rules . Fedup with bank of ceylon cancelled the N R F C Account

So many counters are there. Electronic number (token system) is available. The person who obtain token, first he has to choose the language. Electronic system calls him in the language which he has taken token before. Calling in English, Tamil and Sinhala. All three languages are clear speech and understandable accent.
But, still the waiting time is around 30 minutes.
Positive thing is the staff are friendly.
Parking facilities are limited.
