  service is very poor. counter officers correctly their system. my passbook have't signature but BOC system have my signature. they are toll can withdraw money without passbook signature. improve your knowledge and customer services

  There is small area to park vehicles.good customer care. Moslty crowded at morning,between 9am-12pm
