  Tried to purchase an item from overseas. They use Geni payment gateway which is the most ridiculous payment gateway I've ever seen. Tried three times to place the order and finally I gave up.

  I was ordered some products from website and select delivery method as pick up from store.. but when i call and asked about place which i can pick up, they say they don't have physical store and and just doing delivery. But website has self pick up option.

  Great products.. But they have to improve their website. It is confusive when the purchaser and receiver of the item are not the same when a gift is sent to someone.
