There are many companies available here. One of BoC branches is in the second floor of the building. SLIIT metro campus also in here. It is on 15th and 16 floors.

Very spacious place but the lift in that building is very old and the ride is not that smooth. Other than that it is all good. Not much to complain. Also notice that they have very limited parking which can be a pain sometimes and even though it is BOC merchant tower it has only one ATM which won't work sometimes so if your coming here to withdraw money through the ATM don't.

BOC Merchant tower consists of 18 floors.

A building owned by Bank of Ceylon. BOC corporate offices and MBSL at the ground floor. The building has nearly 20 floors. 5 floors are occupied by Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology (SLIIT). All Post graduate level courses are conducted there. Clean and well managed building.

In BOC Merchant tower, 1st and 2nd floors working BOC, 3rd, 4th, 5th floors have vehicle park, 6 th floor Public utility commission, 7th, 9th, 12,13,14,16 floors working SLIIT, 8 floor working MBSL IT, 10th floor Canteen area, Mezzanine floor, 11th, 14th 17, 18th floor Merchant Bank of Sri Lanaka.

There is a car park at the basement. Located in the colombo city. Super grade branch of Bank of Ceylon is located at the1st floor. One of the finest computer institution the SLIIT is located there. Public Utilities Commission and Merchant Bank of Sri Lankan PLC is also situated there.
