  What a place for relaxing. Estate bungalow belongs to Ayr Group. Located about 10 km away from Padukka city. For the reservations you have to contact the Ayr Estate office. This is a very popular place for films and tele drama shooting. Small swimming pool and garden with many fruits.

  Awesome place to visit with family/ friends.
  Comfortable rooms and clean and neat environment. You can play some sports and swimming pool available for further activities.
  Road is bit slippery. Best way is check in there before the sunset.
  Chef is friendly and foods are delicious. One of the most beautiful places I have visited. Highly recommend

  this is a state Banglow which was built by the Englishman. and it is situated middle of a rubber estate, the road which leads to this place is so difficult to reach, it has so many deep holes along the way you will need a good four wheel riven vehicle to reach this Place. when you get to the place the view is breathtaking. you can book this place online for a weekend Getaway and also for a photoshoot for your wedding or any special occasion.

  Can easily access from meepe junction side. Carpet road till access road. Have a tough road to the bangalow. Careful with the ground clearance of your vehicle. Seems like a private road. Have to pass nice rubber estates. Located at a peak of mountain. Can see sun dawn vey clearly and nicely. Have spacious parking. Have a nice view through labugama kalatuwawa side. Garden is maintained, but not the property. Pool is located bit away from main building. Pool is not properly maintained. Need to care about maintenance overall. They are renting the premises for photo shoots also

  Good getaway place near to Colombo. Totally changes the climate, scenery and atmosphere. The Bungalow is not properly maintained. Could have done better in that area. You can bring groceries so that cooks can prepare meals for you. Overall, it's a good place to relax.

  Located about 40 km from Colombo which you can reach in about 1hr, this bungalow is located on top of a rubber plantation and seems like build around 150yrs ago by planters.
  There is a road stretch of about 2.5 km which is a private road into the property which is a gravel road with some cement covered patches. Due to the unevenness of the road ground clearance of the vehicle might be an issue for some vehicles.
  It has a very nice view all around the place with a very nice swimming pool located about 100mtr away from the bungalow. Garden is covered with lots of trees and bushes in a maintained manner.
  Rooms are very spacious, but only has very basic amenities and you might find some of them broken as well. This is an ideal place to have a team get together or a group day picnic.
  Upper floor is finished with wood and might make sounds when you walk but while you are inside the building its like you are living in that era of the planters in a hill country climate.
  Staff is very helpful, and they will prepare the food in whatever way you prefer but you will have to bring your supplies and you will have to pay some extra to get food BBQed.
  If you are looking for a place to enjoy with a group friends/colleagues in a private place in a very smoothing climate this would be an ideal pick.

  I was looking to book a spot for my boyfriend's surprise birthday party, and when I called to inquire about their availability for November 18th and 19th, I was told it was free, and they even took my name down for a tentative booking. The lady I spoke to told me she had reserved the dates for me, and that she'd wait for me to call back and confirm. She also mentioned there'd be no advance booking fee or anything of the sort for reservation, simply the full amount at the time of confirmation.
  
  Two days later I call back, only for her to tell me that the 'management' or the chairman was having some 'friends' over for some sort of delegation, and that now I couldn't have the bungalow anymore. Mind, I had already set arrangements in place by now, having confirmed attendance from friends, people setting aside funds to pool in for the cost etc. This was the only available location for my needs as well as the number of people planned. They didn't even have the courtesy to call and tell me as soon as it happened, I only found out when I made the call. Her response was that 'she was looking for my number', which she had failed to take in the first place.
  
  I then spent the next 2-3 days waiting for different people to get back to me on this because she wasn't even able to confirm whether this was the case for sure. Finally, after dealing with absolutely abysmal customer service, she tells me it's still not confirmed, but that they can't rent the property for the dates I wanted, and suggested alternate dates. Who does that when I said it was for a birthday? Unless they wanted me to celebrate the occasion according to THEIR way.
  
  I had high hopes for this, because I had heard it was a nice spot and in general great. I'm incredibly disappointed that the management chose to kick out a client because they suddenly decided they needed it for their purposes. Disgraceful.

  Extremely old building with no proper construction. The road to the bungalow is terrible because it is all broken and only one car can go at a time. Place is not very clean.

  Not suitable for stay at night. ground level rooms cant lock. when in a trouble, managment in colombo dont want to help us. simlpy escaped. when electricity shut down, dnt hv a even a generator. not sufficient for payment

  Its a massive place and since its old it doesn't' really feel really clean. The pool is the only modern thing in the place and its a great place to chill out. The access road to the bungalow through the estate isn't' in the best condition but cars can still travel on it. Careful if you are driving at night since it becomes very dark as it winds through patches of forest. This place is ideal for big crowds.

Restored to its glorious past, totally refurbished with today’s luxuries to suit you’re every mood with an intoxicating climate.
