  This is famous place with local tour guides, waiting outside until the cultural dance show finishes, to have simple snack, like hoppers and tea. Prices are little higher compared to other places outside. Good location overlooking the Kandy Lake.

  Decent food, nothing too special. Close to the Kandy dance, which is either convenient, if you're going there, or very annoying if you're not because the touts will follow you obsessively as you approach.

  Terrible food and service. All food was cold. The dahl had turned into a mush and the fish was gray and didn't taste fresh. We had the impression that nothing was made fresh and had been standing for hours. You can see a bit of the lake but the view isn't nice.
