Friendly staff, explained the job with expected price. Once had an experience, painted wrong color on the buffer, but when noticed, correct again with proper color.
Prices are reasonable, can pay in card or cash.

Good place for vehicle repair and services.
Labour cost is around 25% of other normal places. But their services is very well. so than increase is considerable.

Went on 30th Aug 2020 morning to get car A/C checked. Being a Sunday the service was not available. So decided to get the car washed and left the Bluetooth headset in the arm-rest cabby along with a facemask and sunglasses. Came back home and checked for the headset and it was gone. Didn't find it in the car either so contacted the staff immediately who vouched for their staff's honesty and claimed there was only a mask & sunglasses in the cabby. So.. you opened it and looked inside afterall ???? 🤔🤔🤨🤨

Ended up paying 950 for a car wash and gifting away 15000 worth headset. Never coming back. Never letting anyone to come.

I input my car to KAS for accident repair & air condition service. I had a small problem at first .. They took action to solve it as soon as I informed them .. They have very good service as well as friendly managers, service consultants .. I recommend..

Best place to get your Ssaysangyong vehicles reparied in Kandy. No other place has the experience as these guys. Asela the service adviser is the best person to go to. Our vehicle was not starting and we were struggling with it for 3 days in a different service center. But these people within 4 hours repaired our vehicle and we were able to get back to Colombo without any issues. Awesome place and awesome staff.

Don't go to this place. They are not the standard before. Recently I serviced my suzuki stingey at mihintale KAS after the service next day i found there was a noice in the engine section and i refer to a garage in our area they said that the sound is coming because of adjuster problem.

Usually this type of problem coming to due inexperience workers washing this type of car’s underbody with pressurized water. When i inquire about it they simply said (kundasale auto service - mihintale) that it is common issue with the suzuki stingrey. Now I need to spend Rs.50,000/- to replace with new adjuster. Further, they are giving duplicate spare parts such as break pads, engine oils etc with higger price to earn money. Therefore don't go to this service center in future and save your hard earn money.

Few years back , they were excellent service providers but now seems like they r exhausted , taking too much time and the advisers seem not understood their job role . anyway KAS still got the top car care facility in the town , just need to work on their customer service .

I went for vehicle service & NOT satisfied at all because they do not handle the vehicle with care at the time of service.

But like to mention about ther vehicle repair section. It is with verry high standared & handled by skilled people.

So I recomand only the repair SECTION & NOT THE SERVICE SECTION.

Staff support and hospitality is nice.
The place clean and orderly.
The billing is little bit late.
Works excellent.
Parts are limited and expensive.
But overall situation is very good.

A good place and service dealers of leading vehicles. Good friendly staff. Enough space. They also provide accident repair services and assist you in carrying your vehicle after an accident. Have a comfortable waiting room for customers. Charges are bit to the higher side but not very expensive. Ultimately their work may not be up to the standards but they do reasonable work.
