Did a full service and an engine tune up for 30k and 2 months later I find out the hard way they haven't even checked whether the gear oil is sufficient or not. The car's check engine light showed up and wouldn't do more than 30kmph. Now I have to spend around 20k to flush out the leftover gear oil and replace it entirely with new oil. Utterly disappointed.

Came here for the first time, drove in to find no help. Broke my wheel bolt while switching tires, wasn't informed in time until I went to see what's taking so long. The advisor didn't know how to react to the situation until i told them what to do, other than just stare at the broken part. No manager on duty. One of the advisors was twisting the story trying to blame someone else. To begin with, they did something other than what i told them to and things went wrong. Never going back again.

Attention to details in a wrong way. If you are not a techy guy, and have no idea about the maintenance of your vehicle I’m not recommending them. Will overcharged for unwanted stuff. Equipped with all new technologies, but pay attention before use any of them. I regularly visit and get everything done under my supervision. Will take a long time, as the place crowded and the under-staff for labor work.

They are a bunch of people who calls them self experts but even do not know how to replace a cabin air filter. My cabin air filter was replaced by them and i later found that the replaced air filter is longer than the recommended air filter and that they have squeezed it to fit to vehicle. but they charged about 5000.
