Went to get online photo submission for passport; these guys are amatures and very unprofessional. Took a long time to get the work done and the place was very old, outdated and dull. Too bad the immigration department assigned these people as their agents.

I went Austriya 1st cross street Vavuniya branch for a banner print. there're asking rs.90 per sq feet for low quality print. it's too expensive since other printers quote me Rs.45 for High Quality.

Worst customer support. if we order a banner for a funeral, they will give it after demolish the body.

i am extremely disappointed by the service of austriya (1st Cross street, Vavuniya Branch). i designed a Business card using standard international format, which i have been using for all my client's business cards since last few years. but this Austriya guys dragged the background and messed-up the complete design. they didn't even give me a refund. I am feeling extremely frustrated

The business cards I received were of such poor resolution that my background image was not legible. their customer service was worse, combative, angry, short, and flat-out ignored some of my questions.
