Many delays. Service advisors never follow up with you after the work. You have to call multiple times just to get an update.

Very bad customer service. I have to wait more than 2 hr to get repair estimation. After the 1 hr i ask relevant person my repair estimation is complete. But even he dont know that. They waste our time.

At a glance this place looks like not in order, but the service provided by the sales agents, reception, billing department is very commendable. Prompt feedback of the status by them seems to be bit lacking, however with a little follow up they provide a quality service eventually. Looking forward to see them improving their look and feel to better serve their customers as well as their own staff.

Most of the times service is good. But sometimes you may have to wait if you go in lunch time or so. And it takes time, twice as other places to get the vehicle fixed. But the thing is you can trust them to give your vehicle and they do a nice and clean job. Price are very high comparatively.
