  One the land mark building in sri lanka. Superb architect and unbelievable interior design. One of the oldest masjid in Sri Lanka. Parking is available. All the facilities are available at the masjid and opened from 5 am in the morning till 10 pm. Ladies prayer rooms are available separately. This is a Central masjid for Akurana area. Jamiathul Ulama is part of the Asna Masjid. Also Baithul Zakath operated from this masjid. The Janaza car is available for various uses. Asna Masjid is one of the beautiful masjid. You can relax and visit. You will enjoy the every visit. When I go there I enjoy the environment and architectures. People are so friendly. You can have a beautiful view from the top the masjid. The 2nd floor is almost same as last 5 years. Few constructions are undergoing. People can pray 5 times a day at this masjid. For many Muslim people, the masjid is more than a place of worship. Muslims worship, study and discuss Islam, and do many other things in a masjid and its compounds. The masjid is a place to gather for prayers, to study and to celebrate festivals such as Ramadan. It can also be used to house schools and community centers.
