I rented treu to internet one red Honda vessel for my holiday in April 2019. by booking the vehicle I have to pay with in 2 day a deposit from 25,000.00 SLK. 15,000.00 SLR By booking and 10,000.00 SLK by delivery.
So I did held on they are condition.
They held on the delivery day and was really flexible with our landing Time. But we didn’t get the vehicle which we ordered! In stead red we got white. At the moment they only have the white.
On the Telefonkonferenz with Nr. Namal, they he was telling how lagers his company is and they have more than 300 vehicle!
After 2 day the condition of the white vessel not good. We complain it and would like to have other vehicle, but the lagers Rente car didn’t have any other vehicle.
We also have one accident on right side mirror. I show inform them about and they are saying that they are going to search the cost and will deduct it from my deposit.
On the delivery day from my side they wanted to give all the information and release my deposit after the deduction the cost of mirror.
In That they they are send one customofficer to take the the vehicle. And he didnt pay my the deposit back. He was saying that his duty was pick up the vehicle.
Now mr Namal don’t come the phone and is always busy with more important thing.
I advise to all.. pls don’t Rent the vehicles from Asia FLeet. They don’t keep there word! They are only after the money. I gave the one star but they don’t deserve it also!
