Service is little bit good but doctors are very late. Channeling time is 5.15 pm but there’s no doctor in the cabin now it’s 7.20 pm. Waiting waiting waiting 😒😒

Irritating! You are wasting our valuable time and there's no proper organization in any service.the idea we have that private hospitals are serving better than government sector totally changed as we have faced many difficulties within arya hospital rathnapura. I have experience very poor customer service. I have channel a specialist Dr. Though my phone. They gave me a booking reference trough SMS. When I went to the hospital there is no such booking. They gave me last available no. I was Arguing about this treatment & they again correct there mistake.
We are going for treatment by paying cash & we expecting better service than government hospital.
