  * First of all, Arayampathy Maha Vidyalayam is in Main Road, Arayampathy, Sri Lanka. Not in Kattankudy. Administration should have rectified this major mistake long time back.
  * Secondly, school needs good principal for the school to stand up. If they have a good principal, admin will automatically improve the standards.
  * Maha Vidyalayam got a perfect sports ground, but very poor maintenance. Group of people use this ground for driving practice and taking alcohol at night. They evidence of the empty beer bottles are scattered around the grounds.
  * This is one of the oldest school in the district and it's sinking.
