  Very crowded lounge at night. I had used this lounge many times with Malaysia Airlines. Always crowded. Needs some renovation and upgrade the comfort. Food was really good and tasty. But poor selection. Needs upgrade in every possible way. Comparing to other lounges around the world I will rate this 4 out of 10.

  Very limited comfort. I needed a shower and found it pretty dirty, no towels. Almost no food. Pretty poor overall performance.

  Staff is friendly and helpful. However, the lounge looks and feels dated. Comfy seats, though. Food & Beverage surprisingly adequate.

  A good functional lounge with food and drink. Effective WiFi. Though Jet Airways is being stingy with lounge usage for even Biz class guests.

  Good lounge with a decent range of food and beverages. Comfortable setting and helpful staff. However, needs much improvement to reach to a competitive level compared to other international lounges.
