The beach,the pool,the restaurant area ,the landscaping are really cool,
But restaurant too expensive, rooms not worth for the amount you pay, A/C not working,dirty rooms,wash rooms leaking shower and tap, poor customer care, no smile, not welcoming, they could renovate easily,but the owner doesn't seem to bother about it. The pictures fool you on the net. Plenty of nice,stadered rooms, with really good food for much cheaper rates are available around the cornerresponse / report this review -

If you like the sound of your own voice, then you will love this place, as you find yourself constantly repeating yourself to get the staff to actually bring your order.
A difficult review to write. I will start with the negative and end with the positive:
The service is really bad. The staff do not know anything about customer service and are incredibly dis-organised. On at least 3 or 4 occasions, I ordered food that never came. The other times, I had to ask at least twice to remind them of my order. The staff didn't particularly seem to care.
The DJ plays really loud music every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday until about 1am. The place was dead and still they had the music really loud.
The quality of the food is average at best.
The location is great. It is right on the beach.
The rooms are nice and clean and the beds really big.
The resort is really quirky and we liked the layout.
With some proper training on customer service and a decent manager and chef.. this place COULD be amazing.

Great Place to spent the night hours near Trinco.Their Pizzas sucks but other items are ok.This is the only place that serves Alcohol in this beach area.

Very nice place, good pricing and good overall atmosphere! Though, so not expect full comfort: foam mattress and noisy AC or really good local food. Not even a decent rice and cury and 40min for pizzas.

Very good service and great work of the receptionists and staff - always smiling and willing to help! The music in the bar was nice and not loud. The rooms are not a 5 star hotel obviously, but all big and with huge beds. The beach was clean near the hotel.

Extremely ugly place. Zero Cleanliness, zero safety, zero service. Anytime when you see hotel staff they are drunk and they try to take your money, and your valuable thing Be very careful
