I went there last night, reached the place around 8:30 - 8:45 in the evening and it was closed even though here it's mentioned that they're still open until 10. Don't go there unless you call first to make sure they're still open.

The food is delicious. The grilled meat options are highly recommended. The mood created attempts to be very authentic with ornate, colourful & dramatic decor.
Most noteworthy is the manager there who is super efficient & courteous and makes sure you are well taken care of.response / report this review -

We were there on 08th feb for dinner. We really appreciated there service. Very friendly. Foods it’s extremely good . Open to visit again with family.

This isn't a Turkish restaurant, they don't serve Turkish food. I ordered a chicken kebab dish and it turned out to be chicken tikka. The chicken wasn't cooked enough they took the plate to cook it more but still wasn't coked, no apologies nothing. At the end I asked for a discount but they refused. Worse experience ever. Not only lie about the food but also rude and unapologetic, go to an Indian restaurant but not here if you want to experience authentic Turkish food.

Decent restaurant with good food quality but slightly expensive. The restaurant serves Halal food. It is quiet place with good ambiance. The staff is polite and decent. I will not mind going this place again and again.

The food wasn't that great, they had a lot of items on the menu that we couldn't order due to the fact that the meat and other items were not available. For a restaurant that charges such a large amount for their food, they should provide better service and be able to meet our requirements. But they were not only able to give use excuses which want very satisfying

The food is really good. The atmosphere is really nice. feels like I am in turkey. The staff is also amazingly friendly and super helpful. The chef is from turkey aswell and he has amazing culinary skills. If you want to enjoy proper authentic turkish food this is the place to go!

Food was nice and the portions were good, wish they considered giving more bread with the soup. I ordered more bread and they served one more slice! But overall i am happy with the experience.
