  Booked an appointment with this Spa for 5pm. I turned up 15mins early as requested to register meet the doctor and pay. I only wanted a 30 min back massage but Lady Dr booked me a full body massage at 2850R without asking me. I paid and went to sit in reception where it was incredibly hot. No windows or AC, l sat and waited past my appointment time, then 15 mins became 30 mins. Then my Husband came back to collect me but l hadnt even gone in for treatment. After 50 mins l demanded my money back, this took another 15 mins. I had been there over 75mins without a treatment, offer of a drink of water. Or even an apology which is free Very bad customer service.

  Visited a few spas here and had bad experiences so I didn't expect much when I went to Anarva. However, the staff here treated us well and were very professional before, during and after the treatment. I liked how they had male therapists for males and female therapists for females. If you're considering going here I'd suggest you go for the full body oil massage. And if you're a lady, get Ranga; she is a soft spoken nice therapist and I guarantee you she will take good care of you!
