Reasonably ok hall with value for money. (LKR 300/- show). Sounds system is good but sometimes treble sounds are too loud. Back seats are not cleaned properly.

Film hall is pretty good. Seats , sounds and other facilities are in order. Only concern is the car park, who charges very high rates for the movie hall customers.

When you compare with the price, amity lite cinema can be really good. But don't expect a world class level of sounds and pictures. Its an Air conditioned cinema with comfortable seats. Their canteen does not provide any cooked food. They do have a washroom but in order to access the washroom you have to go inside the cinema hall first.

Small place inside the amity shopping mall. Ample parking available. Good AC. Sounding effects not so bad. Overall condition satisfactory. Take care when u walk inside tha hall and when you enter to wash room due to uneven ground.

A good place to watch a movie for fun The cinema isn't great and the box isn't closed Its inexpensive and has a pretty adequate found system. It's advised to book ahead and come as the seats unless for the afternoon movies get booked quickly. Doesn't allow food from outside and prices are okayish for the food.

It's a good mini hall with air condition and good sound system. Display also fine. If you buy tickets from tickets.lk can avoid queus.

+ Theater Sounds, Seats are in good condition. Leg space also good and quite place that not hear outside noises.
+ AC working in good condition an capable of stay inside during the movie time.
+ Clean and tidy place.
+ Ticket cost compared to others fairly. Price of an ODC ticket rs. 300 for an adult and rs. 200 for a Child. Box price per person rs. 400 and I’ve never been there so don’t know about that area.
- Negative things which I’ve noticed not related to movie theater. Cafeteria is small, not having much varieties to select and their price are high. For some items we have to pay 1.5 higher price than original price. So it’s always better to bring food from outside, but they’ve mentioned a notice board saying “Please don’t bring foods from outside”.

Worth the money. An AC hall similar to savoy but I can't say it's similarly good but close, ticket cost between 300-350 can't remember exactly. Not very big, maybe it can accommodate 150/200 people.
On a day where you're broke but wanna watch a movie in an acceptably good place, this is it.

Air conditioning is setup poorly, should have been a central system, the setpoint temperature was too cold amd and it was very uncomfortable to watch the movie. People walk in 20,30 minutes late and they get ushered with ushers holding torchers distracting everybody from the movie.

Its a small movie theater in a shopping mall. Good for families to spend time with their loved ones. Air conditioned and relatively inexpensive. Leg space is acceptable and seats are comfortable enough to watch a movie without any issues. Audio and video quality is decent as well. Balcony is boxed with 2 seats. A box cost around Rs 850/=. Parking space is also available Overall its a good value to money place.

It's an air conditioned theater. Regarding this situation,they are setting the temperature inside the theater is very bad. It's too hot 😖. Good sound system and good chairs are available.

This place is under a bad condition but you can't expect more for Rs.300/=. They dont maintain sounds and air condition properly . Theatre should be renovated. Good for sinhala movies but not a good place for couples (if you know what i mean)

don't go to Balcony or boxes. because both are same. the bad thing is we cant see the screen in full when we at balcony or box. the palace is not clean. with a very bad smell. vry bad palace

It's on upper floor of the amity building at maharagama, just near by Highlevel road. Can access through bus or private vehicle. Building is not fully done so not very clean. Theater, screen, seats all not very high quality. They are charging for parking on hourly basis so very unfair. For a movie which takes 2-3 hours and someone goes there early, will have to pay more that a fair for movie, just for parking ticket. Staff also not friendly. Cafeteria of the theater is completely black market. Charges more than double for snacks and beverages, than their regular market prices. Not recommend.

The best movie theatre in the area. High quality picture screen, AC, good seating, superb sounds & ample space (medium sized). Only negative point is the expensive parking charges. This can be recommended.

I have been to this cinema coupe of times. Good experience. If you are going on weekends little bit crowded. Prices are very reasonable. Pleasant environment, specially if you are on a date :D
