Management is very unhelpful and unstable.
Teachers are unqualified and biased with a low knowledge of English.
Exams are created with no correlation to syllabus and lessons taught in class.
Student support does not exist in this establishment of very poor higher education.

I did 3 months long English courses twice in this institute. Then do a placement test but they put students in different English language levels to the same class due to lack of students. This might slow down the progress of a high level language user. Most of the teachers and lecturers are well educated and professional. Made few good friends within the course duration and enjoyed learning in this place.
