  Its a superb place to visit. A bit scared to climb to the top. But its a beautiful place. There is a temple, mosque, church, and a kovil (its a multi religious place). how ever you can see a beautiful / superb view in the top. When i visited today the blowing was very high. You can see the sunrise in the morning. But you should be there at 5.30 a.m. You should buy ticket from the entrance.

  Buddhist temple. Open for everybody. best in the morning. nice and calm place but you have to be careful when you climb the tower. Marvelous view point. Its on the top of the mountain. Hard to get there but you can go there by bike. 4 wheelers can go half way through. Please avoid a rainy day cause its so slippery. Be prepare for climate changes and don't forget your camera. Please leave the palace untouched don't litter or write you name on walls.

  The multi religious centre cannot be called the ideal place to understand or observe other religions. The view is beautiful. The monumental tower is not well built. The secureness of the structure is very questionable. Please be careful when climbing to the top. The final phase of the mountain cannot be crossed via 4 wheeler vehicle. Trishaws are there but the prices are staggering. So it's better to climb it by foot. It is not much distance. Wind will help you climb you joyously rather than the high cost risky trishaw ride.

  There is no other summit than Ambuluwawa which is surrounded by a large number of mountain ranges of scenic beauty in Sri Lanka . The precious water of the Mahaweli the life blood of up country people and the long tracts of paddy fields fed by Mahaweli water make the
  
  Ambuluwawa rock more attractive. Thousands of rival, houses and the crowded streets of Gampola town can be seen at a single place – Ambuluwawa and the view is unique and impressive.

  Nice place to visit . Tickets for locals is Rs.50 & a Rs.100 worth ticket should be bought for a vehicle.

  Cool place. These days roads are under maintenance. Cannot Go. Tree wheel (tuk tuk) service available on the peak.
