Good area for shopping. Shoes,clothes and gift items are the most common in this area. Few salons and few mobile phone shops are in upstairs.

Ambalangoda shopping complex---This is situated at bus stand, it's a one storied building consisting nearly 200 shopping stalls. Shoes, electronic items, books, fruits, sweets, watches, phones, cosmetics and services such as hair saloons, tuck shops, compute services, repairing of electronic appliances and sale of it's spare parts and also tailoring shops are available here.

car parking not available. Motorcycle can park. electronic shop, mobile phone shop, record bar and Salon in first floor. Ground floor you can buy snacks, soft drinks, fruits, stationeries and footwear. In the bus stand you can get elpitiya, uragaha, batapola, aluthwala, hikkaduwa, galle, balapitiya, aluthgama and Colombo buses. male and female washrooms available.
