Good channelling place together with a pharmacy and a Hemas laboratory. On first floor, they have allocated mainly for pediatricians with lots of wallpapers for kids which is nice.

However, giving numbers with times should be more convenient for patients, as in they provide the same time for many which should not be the case. Also better if they could include this place in online channelling services like doc.lk and echanneling.

ONLY VERY FEW OF THE BEST DOCTORS VISIT THE PLACE ! THE REST ARE THE OWNERS ( MEDICAL MUDALALIs) CHOICE . MY 3 YR CHILD NEARLY DIED AFTER BEING MISDIAGNOSED BY ONE SUCH CODGER! FILTHY INTERIOR AND POOR INACCURATE LAB.
VIOLATES ALL TRAFFIC PARKING LAWS BY MISUSING THE HIGHWAY AS A PRIVATE CAR PARK BY BRIBERY CAUSING ACCIDENTS!

Extremely POOR SERVICE.
No parking facilities.
When I ask the security he said no parking available. I Had to walk a long distance after I park at the roadside.
Some Staff not friendly as before.
Only focusing on money.
Amaya is not a health service provider. It has become a business focused / money minded health institution.
High rates. Also no Air Condition at all even Amaya charges a higher rate.
This place doesn’t know the value of customer service. Patients are not feeling comfortable here.
I will never recommend this place.
I hope to suggest Asiri Hospital Kandy.

Worst place ever. Doctors never come on time. Staff also the same. If the doctor is late no proper system to communicate to the patients.Dr.Kapila Gunawardana also worst docter i have seen in my life.Not work on time.Appointment time was 12.00 pm but after 3.30 he was not arrived.Not refund my money. Staff and manager on there very unfair.they dont know how to treat and handled there customers decently.

Now there is a private car park near by.. so u don’t have u leave ur vehicle on the roadside..
u must get there on time.. the time they give u when u make ur appointment.. they really timed the numbers if u get late u have to wait for some other numbers to pass..
the place is bit dark and gloomy so u get a unpleasant feeling

This place used to be really good and clean but it has changed so much over time! It’s not maintained at all. Our appointment was after 6 PM and the place was not even lit up. It’s not only dark and gloomy we had to ask the receptionist to switch on one of the fans. The fan for the reception was switched on while the patients who pay for the services had to request and only one fan was switched on.

For some doctors they are asking to call at 6am in the day we want to book a number. But then for half and hour or so they are keeping the phone away and we cant call. Once i have gone there at 6am personallly. And there is no ringing of phones or amswering the phone. There should be a operator to answer call and book without embarrasing the patients this much. After all they get Rs 350 from each patient. Also there is no car park for the instituion. We have to park by roadside.

Getting an appointment number is very difficult task, i called more than 50 times to take a number simultaneously by using two phones and all the contact numbers were busy. Looks like they keep all the telephone receivers away during the channel opening time (Peak Time) especially on Sunday Mornings.

Most of the telephone operators don't show their attention to the subject over the phone looks like they don't properly training for these kind of tasks. Even they don't have an on-line booking facility to reduce these kind of issues and looks like the management don't care about these kind of issues.

ECG Machines are inaccurate. Not satisfied with the ECG operators' skills I had to get 2 ECG reports and both of them indicated myocardial infarction. Then i had to do additional expensive blood tests to confirm myocardial infarction and another ECG from Suwasewana. But that ECG was normal.

Its a good place for channelling doctors comparatively in kandy area. Parking is a problem. But the space and waiting area is adequate.

What a pathetic place .no place to park vehicles. It’s a small channeling center with number of reputed consultants. They even can’t find a proper place to park.
Getting an appointment number is very disappointing task . You can call and make an appointment,but you have to come at 2pm( most of the time) to take that number. If you were not present when they call ,you have to take later number. But this is no over you have to be present on time otherwise again you’ll miss the opportunity and wait till the last.( this happened to me several times)
Channeling counter girls think they are daughters of the owner of the Amaya channeling center. Poor communication
Waiting area is overcrowded with few fans.
