  Most of time used for parking. Tickets are from 20 rupees. No other facilities. Can be developed and make a trademark for minuwangoda city. There is a public stage and it used for some political meetings and other 5 or 6 events per year. Other days beggars used it for shelter.

  Parking space available 24x7.tickets issued 7am to 7pm @ 30 rupees.no time limit
