  They’ve had the guesthouse a while, but this restaurant is only two weeks old as of the end of January 2018. It’s a fantastic location, with a few lovely wooden tables set up to face Sigiriya Rock with an unobstructed view. We were there in the evening and they had torches lit up. Really atmospheric. The food was really good, we had deviled cuttlefish and veg curry. The guys running the place are really sweet. They lose a star for (slower than the “typical” slow) speed, and since they’re brand new they have a bit to learn. But if you’re not in a rush and want a meal with a view, would definitely recommend. Also, they’re a stone throw from Sigiriya Hotel which makes it really convenient to eat if you’re staying there without going further into town.
